I have a special place in my heart for Gordon’s vodka. In fact, my puggle puppy is even named after it. Terra Plata uses that very same vodka but thankfully, they add many more pleasing ingredients to it. The spicy bloody mary comes with a heavy helping of sriracha, a big cheese cube, and a hunk of whatever charcuterie is on hand, while the regular is a cumin-soaked powerhouse with hints of sweetness, smokiness, and black pepper chunks. Both are topped with a nice selection of pickled veggies, and both give you something you’re not quite expecting.
