Cactus is a sleeper. I’ve never heard anyone talk about their bloody marys, but quite frankly, they serve up some of the best bloody marys and marias in the city. Fresh jalapeno chunks brighten and bring long-lasting heat. A little bit of lime adds freshness without overwhelming, and a thick chipotle salt rim provides a fragrant smoky scent. But the ingredient that makes this bloody mary truly stand out is cilantro. Mark my words, you’re going to start seeing a lot more cilantro in bloody marys.
