Etta’s serves up (1) “Etta’s Bloody Mary” with house Prosser Farm pepper-infused vodka and fresh horseradish and (2) the “Pike Place Mary” with house mary mix, Bavarian meats land jaeger, smoked Beecher’s jack, and a Pike Place Pale Ale beer back. There’s definitely more over-
all spice in the Pike Place. Both are light, fresh, and easy to drink, but the added beer back and meat and cheese garnish make the Pike Place Mary the clear winner.
